Review content:
I've been a member since the mid 90's when it was Q The Sports Club. It used to be clean - there were people wiping and cleaning equipment almost daily before, which I haven't seen once since 24 Hour took over. The showers are pretty nasty and the locker room floors are always wet. If you want help or supervision on the workout floor, this is not the place for you. To their credit, they have been good about replacing aging machines, and there are lots of them, just not many of the most popular ones (read: long waits between sets even when it's not busy). And it's really not 24 hours...it closes at 11pm Fridays, and 8pm Sat/Sun. I've seen lots of people get there just before 8 on the weekends only to find out they have to leave 10-20 minutes into their workout. I kept going because of the location, but there are newer, more convenient options now.
Pros: Lots of machines and cardio equipment
Cons: Too few of the highest demand equipment
