I was in a hair rut and sick of $20 Wal-Mart haircuts so I decided to treat myself to a nice place. I browsed all the salons in Knoxville on the internet and found Panache. From the first phone call to when I walked out the door I was very happy with the service. Everyone at Panache is doing exactly what they are supposed to be doing! My hair is very long and I've been coloring it black...so I asked the colorist (thank you Paul!) if he could take some of the black off and cut off some of the dead hair without sacrificing a lot of the length. It ended up taking a lot more time than he thought but he did not rush me. He even asked a co-worker if they could take his appointments and he spent the whole day on me, even staying after the salon hours to finish. He did exactly what I wanted to my hair, he listened to every word I said, and gave me one of the best haircuts in my life. Paul and the whole staff are true professionals in every sense of the word, and I would recommend this salon to anyone. Finally a price tag that matches the quality and quantity of service. Thank you!!
