Before we were even served, other customers were having to wait a long time for their food. It appeared as if no maintenance had been done in the dining area: FLIES BUZZING AROUND DIRTY TABLES, DRINK STATION WAS STICKY, NASTY AND TRASHED, there was no tea made for customers, and the trash was overflowing and this was at 10 minutes until 2:00p.m. on 7/4/08. The cashier on duty was also yelling at the cook, and there were only a total of 3 people on duty. When the customers ordered in front of us, they hadn't received straws in their bag, and when they asked for a straw, the cashier never gave her one. If the straws were around the corner by the drinks, why did she just not tell her that, instead of letting her stand there for 5 minutes - until the other customer said to the one waiting, that she found the straws... THAT WAS REALLY RUDE. Then the next guests who ordered had to ask for their cups to get their drinks, after they had already placed the order, because the cashier had not given them the cups until they asked for their cups. When it was our turn to order I thought our order would be easy, since we had decided to only get drinks and a pretzel, (and the entire display was full of pretzels). When my mother ordered, the cashier told my mother: ""IT TAKES 3 MINUTES TO COOK A PRETZEL-- YOU CAN'T HAVE NONE OF THOSE."" Why? Were the pretzels in the display case fake or just for show?! Pros: convenient location in a Wal-mart Cons: terrible customer service from start to finish
