I have been a renter of Chardonnay Property Management for three years. I love working with Cheri Jones. Cheri is honest, professinal but also keeps a big heart to really listen to tenants as well as the owners she works with to insure that we are safe and that each unit is in the best condition possible. Cheri has demonstrated her professionalism during some very stressful moments, flooding or other uncontolled circumstances when I know she wishes that she was in possession of eight arms and legs. However she keeps her head and is able to handle what ever situation she is dealt. I would highly recommend her as a property manager to an owner as well as someone looking for a property to rent. My plan is to be a long term tenant. I appreciate someone in this day and age that I respect, trust, and feel comfortable talking to with problems situations. Thank you Pamela Riddle
