Review content:
The work was crap. Our floors had to be ripped out and redone. The most unethical and dishonest people I have ever met. They nearly ruined my house. The owner had the audacity to act as if his incompetence was my fault. He actually screamed at me and hung up on me several times. Then he would go weeks without returning my calls. It was shocking. I've never seen anything like it.
He also manipulated the contract and charged us hundreds of dollars more than our original agreement.
A total nightmare.
