I used to go to Hair Cuttery on Oxford Valley Rd all the time because the girl that cut my hair was very good. The only problem was that there was always at least a 45 minute wait. I went there one Sat morning as the shop opened up and I still had to wait 45 minutes. That's when I decided to switch although I was apprehenive about finding another cutter. A friend recommended Shear Cuts by the Vermillion Shop Ctr on News Falls Rd and I never regreted it. Every woman there is a terrific cutter. And at $12, it's a great value. I'm usually in and out in 20 minutes tops.
Pros: Terrific hair cutters, Great value, No long wait
