I've never had a problem with the Irvine location of American Laser Center. They explained the terms of the treatment and how it would work and how long it would take to see results, plus they have a two year guarantee, so now over a year later, I am still getting treatment for my original cost. The staff is nice, they are competent, and they are very quick at getting you into your consultation each time. The treatment is every seven weeks and you can even make appointments months in advance for Saturdays which is convenient for a lot of people. They do not con you out of your money, and they are genuinely there to help and explain everything to you. Also, they ask along the way if the laser is too strong for you so that they can turn the intensity down to not hurt your skin. They do ask if you are on antibiotics or if you have been tanning, so that they do not damage your skin and reschedule the appointment. This is a wonderful center to go to and feel comfortable with the treatment that they offer.
