Okay so I fell in love with a new all white julliet scooter by puma. The owner Rick gave me a great out the door price and I basically emptied my savings on this bike. While filling out the paperwork I explained plans to put my car in the shop to be re-wired electrically now that I have the scooter etc. A day after I had the scooter little things started to not work properly and it would die out etc. Of course this happens after I drop my car off at the mechanic. I call Rick freaking out bc I had huge plans needed transportation for work and had no extra $ for taxi's etc bc I bought the scooter. While I am basically screaming at him my dog began to bark bc of a car pulling in the driveway and I look out and there is rick with a trailor attached to his van with a loaner for me. HE CAME AND GOT MY SCOOTER, DROPPED OFF A LOANER WITHOUT ME EVEN ASKING! WHILE I WAS B_TCHING HIM OUT EVEN. To make a long story short the scooter I guess after a week of nothing but problems he was sending back to the manufacturer and refunded my cash no ?s asked and with a smile. He is a bit long winded lol but completely takes care of you as a paying customer. I cannot say enough good things about him and I still have no scooter-that says something ya know!
