I did quite a few interviews with trainers before choosing Rick and it has turned out to not only meet my expectation but exceed them. Not only do you get a great work out, but the knowledge on how to tone and change your body in addition to the nutrition advise is great. In addition to being about the outside of the body he takes time to get to know you. In doing this helping keep you accountable and help the routine fit your life style with the goal of not only looking good but feeling good. Being realistic with training the right way, the knowledge I have learned about muscle, body mass, toning, nutrition I know I could not have gotten with the other trainers I interviewed. Definitely the right decision.
