I had permanent eyeliner done 7 years ago & Colleen was recommended to me by everyone I knew who had permanent cosmetics done. Some had her 10 years before me & I was impressed by how they looked & they never had a touch-up. I recently had my eyebrows done & my eyeliner still looks perfect . I recommended many women & my neighbor just had her brows & eyeliner done. We are both very happy both with Colleen's professionalism and quality work. She listens to what you want, makes suggestions, and is sensitive to how comfortable you are during the process. She has years of experience & I wouldn't recommend anyone who has less qualifications than Colleen.
