these guys are just like others here described....good old fashioned small business...you wont get the big business attitude...the big business ""policies and procedures""...the big business super trained customer service..you get real human service..it might be a bit rough around the edges, but you know it's honest and well meaning. the results were great...you just have to stay close to the whole process and make sure you are getting what you want....I had oversized windows which meant most fabrics required seaming which I did not want...but Mel gave me my options...put up with my endless questions..and in the end I had what I wanted...home installation had to be supervised, and a couple mistakes were made...but as soon as I pointed them out they were fast to fix. if you dont know what you want, and if you plan on having them do everything, go find an interior designer to do it for you who will charge you an arm and a leg but will give you what you want...if you know what you want or you are at least willing to do your homework and work closely with these guys, I would recommend them without hesitation...I would run away from any of the big business chains...they dont know what they are talking about, they are often amateurs, and they have attitudes like they are the maitre-d's at some 28 rated Zagat's restaurant.
