As a student of Rouhi's for 4+ years, I can honestly say that I am in the best shape of my life. Over the years I have been many sizes and shapes and now, due to the belly dancing as a workout classes, I feel great, have wonderful endurance and stamina and my friends are truly impressed and inspired! That is proof enough! I started taking the classes because I love Arabic music and always wanted to learn belly dancing. It is a great cardio workout, my arms actually have definition and my legs are in the best shape ever! Rouhi's love and passion for dancing truly show. She is the best teacher and her classes are fun and encouraging to all levels. Try one!
