I have been a patient at this office since 1999. As this practice has grown, they have lost the caring and compassion that drew me to this office in the beginning. I recently had some complications and at a time I needed medical advise the most, they failed miserably. I waited in the waiting room over an hour and the staff was extremely rude and unpleasant. After I left the office and was told to call back if any changes, it took over 3 hours to get a return call. After a series of tests, I did not even get a call back to diagnosis my condition. Upon calling to try to find the answer, I again was subjected to the rude and incompassionate staff. They still failed to tell me what was going on. I have always been satisfied by the doctors but it appears impossible to actually get to the doctor. Needless to say, I am changing doctors after an over 8 year relationshiop.
Pros: Doctors are wonderful and very knowledgeable
Cons: Staff is horrible along with wait time and communication
