Had a very good experience with company. Needed to have a few area rugs cleaned. They picked up my rugs and gave a resonable price. They are not expensive rugs but have used them in several apartments and like them quite a bit. My wool rug definately lost some of its body but other rugs just needed a good cleaning. When I got the rugs back my wool rug was once again very soft and seemed to regain its deep red color which was nice to see. Other rugs were also nice and clean. Very happy everything got done to my satisfaction.
