I called Green Choice Carpet Cleaning on a Thursday to have the carpet in my tiny studio cleaned for the following Friday. Not only was the woman on the phone extremely professional (a rarity in NYC), but I was able to get an appointment the next day with no trouble at all. I was given a 2 hr time frame for when the cleaners would arrive at my apartment and was told that I would receive a call 30 minutes before they arrived to give me a heads up. This allowed me to get my apartment ready (e.g. removing linens from my bed so that the carpet underneath my bed could be cleaned). They called 20 minutes before they arrived, and when they did, Yaniv and his partner moved my furniture around to get access to as much carpet as possible. They even moved my mattress and boxspring from my bed frame, so that they could get access to the carpet underneath my bed. All in all, they did a complete job...no half-assed job, which I've come to expect here in NYC. Give Yaniv a call!
