Pros Plumbing is great! I called them this morning because both of my tubs were backing up. I called a little before 9 AM and they said someone would come to the house between 10 and 11 AM. Dan showed up around 10:30 and someone even called us in advance to let us know he was on his way. This is a nice feature for someone that is at work and can run home for the appointment. Dan was very courteous, explained the problem and what he was going to do to fix the problem. He had to snake from the roof as we don't have a cleanout. While it didn't take him long, I didn't feel he rushed. He even took the time to educate us (ie don't use Draino on galvanized pipes and tips how to clear a minor clog). I am very happy with the prompt visit and the exceptional service I received from Dan. I would highly recommend calling Pros Plumbing and asking for Dan.
