Dan is a complete life saver. I got a call from work from my roommate whose mother was visiting us... the mother had called her to tell her the toilet was overflowing and the woman below us had come up twice to tell us that water was literally RUNNING into her apartment's bathroom.
I looked online for a plumber in san jose in Google and Pros Plumbing came up and the company was highly rated. I called, Dan answered, and he said he could be there in about an hour.
He came and was incredible! He was confident, knew exactly what needed to be done, had everything on hand even when it turned out I needed a special part)... and actually even made me laugh a couple of times. He so knows his stuff (he basically rebuilt my toilet's insides), is all business but so polite... and at the end, two things stuck out even beyond his skills:
1) He made it a point to ask for spray cleaner and he cleaned my whole bathroom floor from the water.
2) He called a couple hours later to see if everything was going okay and to make sure I was happy.
I am pretty unhappy about having the problem in the first place, but if I was going to have it, I was so glad that Dan was the person I ended up finding and calling. Couldn't have asked for better, quicker or more professional (and even kind) support for a plumbing issue.
