The experience with these guys was great!! As a single mom--and head of house hold-- I have had a hard time getting what I want across. For some reason --when dealing some men on the same level when it concerning things like this--I have been confronted with the "" she really doesn't know what she wants because she's a woman"" attitude--but, not in this case. I sat down with the rep, showed him the drawings I had made-- explain what I wanted and my vision concerning the layout and the design. There was no hassle-he understood my need for security and the design I wanted sown to the placement of the hinges and locks on the gaits . The great price, as well as that it came with a life time warranty was all I needed to sign on the dotted line. The workers arrived and within 3 days my fence was up-- that was 2 yrs ago--the fence looks amazing-- However, due to the drought last summer-- some of the post are lose and coming out of the grown, causing my fence to lean -- it's time to test the warranty -- I'm making a call today to see how that works out--I'll post and let you know
