When I called Rudy Cools last week, they were able to send a technician out the day same. The technician (Michael) arrived when he said he would and was very courteous. He took the time to explain the problem to me in a way that I could understand. He had all the parts with him to fix my air conditioner and he had it working again quickly. The price was great (much lower than when I called a different company for the same problem 3 years ago). I highly recommend Rudy Cools for any heating or air conditioning service!!!
