My contractor ordered concrete from this company.
When they delivered concrete, truck driver spilled concrete on the street and watered that area. This spread the concrete all-over, messed the whole-street. We were trying to explain this to driver, he didn?t get it (not sure if he speaks English). I understand my contractor has no experience in crisis management, when driver spilled concrete contractor was busy with the work in the backyard.
I try to explain these to company manager, she was very adamant/rude.
I ended up wasting lot of money/time, finally I?d to go through attorney to resolve this mess. I would not recommend this company, especially if you live in Austin area Hutto may be too far (concrete may dry by the time unload from the truck).
As per the manager, they are not part of BBB.
