If you are looking for the best kept secret in Salt Lake here is your answer. Workouts that are not only fun and inspirational, but that actually give you results; and FAST! I was shocked at how soon I started noticing defined muscles! The best part is, it's not a typical gym setting. Dash is all about the group energy so bring your girlfriends and come get your sweat on! Dash offers the best LES MILLS programs and OBSIDIAN!!! I can't say enough about Obsidian - and it is EXCLUSIVE to Dash! Go check out their testimonials on their website. I see these people everyday and watched them transform their bodies. What's even more remarkable is that they still look amazing one year later! The instructors at Dash are hands down the most humble, friendly, outgoing individuals you will ever meet! I am in the best shape of my life and am OBSESSED with my workouts at this studio. As a side note, I would eat off of their floor this studio is SO clean. They do not offer daycare, but Kindermusik, The Performing Dance Center, Salt Lake Dance Company and The Pumpkin Club (drop-in daycare) are all within walking distance.
