I love DASH Fitness Studios! I was so excited to have a group fitness studio so close to my home. Everything about it is excellent: the staff, the instructors, the owners, the location, the cleanliness, the classes, etc... I love having so much fun while I exercise. I've made lots of friends and look forward to seeing everyone almost as much as working out. You can't help but smile the whole time you're there. Everyone is friendly. The classes are uplifting. The instructors are motivating. The time flies by. I love it, too, that everything is so clean. A lot of gyms have dirty equipment and dirty floors; DASH is the total opposite. I've recommended it to lots of neighbors and friends, and many of them have joined, too. If you live anywhere near 2000 East and 2700 South, you need to check it out. I love it.
