My fiance and I wanted to have some work done on my engagement ring, which is a family heirloom. We decided to try JM Edwards, without having any real basis of comparison. Instead of feeling completely ""out of our element"" in an expensive jewelry store, we found that the staff was nice, helpful, and not at all pushy or presumptuous. The price was reasonable, the turn-around time was great -- I even got to pick up my ring a week before it was supposed to be ready! -- and we were so pleased with the finished product. We will definitely go back there again in the future and would totally recommend JM Edwards to anyone looking to have good-quality work done on their jewelry.
Cons: Not open on Sundays
