these people are so helpful. if the person you ask doesnt know about it then they will ask someone else. you do have get the person from the department. fish people know about fish and small animals knows small animals. they will take as long as it takes to make sure you get what you need, they wont sell you it just to make money. they take pride in what they do and keep us customers coming back. if u want to be ignored to to the big pet stores. if you want a personal touch with people who know there stuff go to pet extreme. and that whole fish review i read is ridiculous they have helped me set up a tank for scratch and kept me from killing some of my old fish by adding one another ""big"" store said i could (brackish doesnt mix with tropical so well) if they were so horrible i wouldnt make it my one stop shopping for all my pets
Pros: they smart and helpful staff, cat and dog adoptions on weekends
Cons: wish they had cats and dogs all the time
