Fair, friendly and very honest. These are some of the nicest people you will find anywhere in the motorcycle industry. They are also the most knowledgable Triumph and Moto Guzzi gurus in the Pacific Northwest. I can't say enough good things about this shop. Stop by on Saturdays and enjoy the free donuts and coffee and meet some of the many customers who stop by just to say hello and hang out -- they will back up what I am saying here. Okay, so I'm a huge fan. But this really is a first-rate motorcycle shop!
Pros: Great people! Fair, friendly and very honest.
Cons: I wish the were open on Mondays.
