This lawyer told me she would only charge me $1,500.00 to write a settlement letter for me. This settlement was offered to me before I asked her to do the settlemet letter. She did not give me a copy of the contract I signed and then changed it and somehow put my name on it. I then had to then pay her 40% of a settlement she had nothing to do with. It cost me over $42,000 for the two letters she wrote. Stay away from this lawyer. She seems like a nice old lady, but she is not, she is a snake in the grass waiting to steel your money and you will not be able to do anything about it. No lawyer will help you because she is also married to one of the three judges in Biloxi, MS. Find another lawyer with moral ethics and integrity and make sure you get a copy of the contract before you leave the office. I also received a letter from her saying she will not participate in a fee dispute with me through the MS Bar so the Mississippi Bar is not able to help me as well. I never thought she would have the balls to tell me to my face I was making this up. She is scum.
