Were at my condo less than an hour and a half combined over two occasions. Never mentioned any charges at all, because my steam shower was still under warranty, much less charging for drive time (and the numerous other work people I have had at my house have not charged for driving). Later got slapped with a bill for nearly $500 for less than an hour and a half of work. When I complained the receptionist generously (ha ha) offered to take a half hour of charges off the bill. Avoid this company unless you like paying 5x over for the time they actually spend working on your project. This is the same company as Spa Distributors, Inc.
