Review content:
Dr. DeNicola recently opened the Caduceus Medical Group just down the street from me (lucky me). The office policies & procedures are so novel and patient-oriented. You can get same-day appointments and even walk in without one and be seen by someone. There are extended hours (even open on Saturday), they host a wealth of information on their website (you can download forms before your appt or even make an appt online). You can even email a question to your doctor through their website. The office staff were clearly hired because they are genuinely nice and helpful people (beyond just being qualified). These folks treat you like your time is valuable (though I never feel rushed). I don't know why all Medical Offices aren't run this way, but I'm sure glad this one is.
Pros: convenient hours & appointments, web info & online appts
Cons: haven't noticed any yet
