Review content:
Had my car in for scheduled maintenance. Current mechanic reports that wheel balance they did was 6 oz. off in front. Brake inspection done, but written report did not state how much material was left or give any estimate to the mileage left on them. Had to have three rotors replaced and all four pads just a couple months since their inspection. Did not change plugs for a tune up, so basically they charged me for a tune up and did an oil and filter change. Spark plugs say a lot about how an engine is performing, so I felt this was a pretty MAJOR oversight. New rims that I asked them to take special care with are scratched! They seem like nice guys, but I don't trust that they really know what my car needs or how to maintain it properly, or without damaging my car's accesories in the attempt. Definitely cost me more than I might have saved, considering I have to have one of my rims sent away for refinishing, not to mention had I not found someone more competent how much damage could have been caused to my engine due to neglect.
Pros: Very personable, will drop you off somewhere locally
