I felt very comfortable when JR was at the shop and was surprised and saddened by his dismissal. In all the years he serviced my cars I had the utmost confidence in him and trusted him to do a good job at a reasonable cost.
In my last visits at Gelormini procedures were suggested and done that were unfamiliar and expensive but I permitted the work to be done.
When I called for an appointment for servicing
with mileage about 70,ooo (miles) one of the men told me that two "flushes" would be required at an approximate cost of $300-$400 in addition to to the regular service.
Since then I've been taking it to Honda and 'am pleased so far.
So, trust and cost were factors in my leaving.
