Obviously it costs money, because you're at Gelormini's Auto Repair for a reason, and maybe price is an issue, but I'll still say they're a 5. The fact that I can show up without an appointment and they're either quick to take me or offer an alternative solution is incredible. A person there named Becky, who works in the office, keeps you abreast of what goes on with your vehicle. Before, mechanics would have to take time out of the work they did on the cars to make calls themselves, but she runs the show now as far as keeping you informed, and she's very detailed.
While you may be paying more, they work at a level where you feel like you're getting your money's worth for the service. I just like the atmosphere with all the guys there. That's why I've been going there for years. I feel comfortable that they're going do the job, and I never once had to go back there for something broken.
