So far I've had a terrible experience. On February 23rd, I brought in my keyboard for consignment. I was told there was a 20% service fee and once my keyboard sold that I wold be contacted. Well four months passes, I give Kenny's a call and ask whether or not my keyboard sold. Kenny tells me ""Oh yea it sold uhhh last week, I was gonna write a check and send it to ya, but we didn't have your address"".
Well right off the bat I know this is a bunch of bull, they already have my phone number so if they needed any information Kenny had the resources to get a hold of me.
Finally I drive up to the place, and I get another BS excuse, according to Kenny, he didn't have the money in the register and the woman who writes checks wasn't available. I mean are you kidding me!, what the hell is this guy thinking. Hes gotta be outta his mind, what business owner in their right mind does this?
Now I'm just going to have the Police deal with it, enough of this non-sense, this guy is a complete fraud. If this is how he handles business I can't imagine he does very well or that he'll last.
