Review content:
I bought a Netgear router, in setting it up found that the wireless N didn't work, also found that it was a returned piece. The router was already set up for another person, password and everything. Since they used their phone number as their password, I could see they were local. So this person returned it to the Radio Shack in Newton, and they put it back on the shelf. I tried returning it and was refused because it was missing the CD (which is not necessary for the setup). I was treated badly by the salesperson, even after I tried to explain that they sold me a used, broken piece of merchandise. I will never buy anything from Radio Shack in Newton again.
