We had the absolute worst realtor, Catherine McDonald. She okayed for the seller of the home we bought to stay in our home 10 days after the sale without our approval and told us about it through an email. Needless to say she did not help us and would not return any calls. She never even did a final walkthrough. The man took more than 2 weeks to leave and we had to wait to start construction on the home. Thank goodness the sellers realtor helped us. Catherine just took her commission check and was never seen again. Her broker never returned calls either. Stay away from this business.
