Review content:
I highly recommend this tour to any visitors or Lancaster dwellers. We live in downtown Lancaster and my wife and I took my parents out for a spin. Segway tours make a great gift idea btw. We had a great time, learned a lot of new stuff about the city, and found the price well worth it. I was really hesitant about the cost at first ($59/person), but then during the tour when I did the math (I had no idea prior to the tour that multiple people would serve us), we had a photographer, a trainer, and a tour guide working with us for an hour and a half. My mechanic would have charged me a few hundred if he spent 4.5 hours on my car. The staff (Terri, Bob, & ?) were super friendly and took their time training us and were very encouraging to my mom who has ankle/knee problems. Bob has a great sense of humor btw. (Side note: if you can stand, you can learn to ride a Segway. They work really naturally with your body's movements. Don't be scared.). Red Rose Segway gives you wireless earphones so that you can hear history as you ride along from the guide instead of just when you stop for a break. They even emailed us very professional looking photos after we were done with our tour. I can tell these guys know their stuff and are top notch at customer service. I wish we didn't have the speed limiter, but I understand why it's needed In the city for safety.
