I was very excited when Circa opened. It was the first nice pub type place in the neighborhood and I really wanted to support it. But every time I went, the food was mediocre and the service was AWFUL. We tried it 4-5 times and walked out 3 times because of outright rude service. Recently a friend mentioned how much they liked it so I tried it again. We got total attitude (RUDE) and walked out. I am DONE with this place! When service is consistently rude it says something about the attitude of the management.
