Review content:
Being new to West Seattle, I wanted to try another new restaurant, and I decided to try Circa. I had read the previous 18 reviews, and noticed 1/2 of them mentioned poor or someother style of service that was not positve. I walked in at 4:51 last Saturday not knowing that the restaurant did not open for another 9 minutes. What I was greeted by was a female and male server/bt? that initially said nothing. When I achnowledged that they did not open until 5:00, the male simply said,""yeah"". That was it. A better greeting could have been, ""we do not open until 5:00, but why don't you come in, (it was cold outside) and I can get you something to drink in the bar"". Instead, I left after the cold greeting, and went to Elliott Bay Brewpub, and had a great bite to eat, and very personal, friendly service. I may try Circa at another time, but these past reviews have obviously been written for a reason.
