I move to this apartment with my husband three years ago when they were under a different management company and everything was ok. The apartment we moved in only had a fresh coat of paint and new carpet done to it. The refridgerator had to be replaced the first night we stayed there. The kitchen floor looked like it had been in the place since the building was builded. There is poor lighting at night in the parking lot and our apartment was recently broken into which we later learned had also happen to several other people in the apartment complex including a friend of ours that we referred to the place with her infant daughter. The manager did not give no warning to anyone in the aparment complex and the neighborhood police does not responed to pages made about nonresidental teenagers hanging out in front of the buildings that have been identified as the same teenagers that are responsible for the recent break ins. Our bathroom was flooded with backed up sewer water that was coming out of our toliet and bath tub. Neither maintenance or the manager were reached to fix this problem causing us to call outside contractors for help. For the price that we pay a month here there has been no change in trying to make this place safe for the families that live here especially when all the managment cares about is getting more people in the apartments verses replacing the out of date windows that give robbers easy access to entering without going through the front door. I will not recommend this place to no one until some serious work is done because it is in a nice neighborhood but the managment really stinks!!!
Pros: Great location for the interstates.
Cons: Poor management.
