I hired this firm to design a system that would never be installed (due to new sewer hook ups), but was required by county planning. They said it would be easy, quick and verbally quoted a price. Then began a 6 month odyssey of missed appointments, ignored phone calls, incomplete work, and inflated fees. They delayed my entire addition until I lost my contractor, and missed the building season. Then they billed me nearly twice the original quote, $1,000 more than even the written contract, and unleashed a collection agency on me when I tried to dispute the excessive fees. They cost me tens of thousands of dollars, delayed my addition over a year, and ruined my credit, . Don't do business with them.
Cons: doesn't keep appointments or return phone calls
