Review content:
Everytime i took my car for a state inspection, they always rejected it. This happened 3 time in a row. I then get a phone call stating that i have x number of things wrong with my car and it did not pass the inspection. They usually give me a quote that totals to upper hundreds and even thousands, including taxes, labor and parts.
Pros: Close to the university i.e. ODU
Cons: Total rip-off, damn expensive, they provide parts, takes tooo long to fix even a small damn problem, fix one problem and break another, Always jack up the price and charge extra
