Businiess name:  Aon Hewitt

Review content:
AON Hewitt is the plan administrator for my pension plan with American Family Insurance. Aug.2011 I contacted Hewitt, made an appointment with ""Henry"" the retirement specialist. I was advised that I did not have to retire until age 70 1/2,(I turned 65 on 11-16-2011) I also checked & downloaded the pdf files on the Hewitt website & they stated I had the option to not retire until age 70 1/2. Nov. 2011 I started receiving conflicting information from Hewitt. Received paperwork confirming my deferred retirement, copy of the new Health Plan options as an employee, and a bill as a retiree. Dec.2011 I then contacted Hewitt, and the Human Resources at Am Fam (American Family). I continued to receive conflicting information. Today 12/29/2011 I am STILL waiting for either American Family or Hewitt to show me the supporting documentation which explains the retirement/pension plan on file with ERISA. I feel that the Retirement/Pension plan should be accessible to all employees. If possible I would give a negative rating both for Hewitt and AM FAM (American Family Benefits Coordinator.)
