Crafters Market has a very nice website so I thought that they would be great to work with. I spent over $370.00 in yarn. I know they received my order because it is reflected on my credit card. I NEVER received anything. I emailed them many times. There is no way to talk to anyone on the phone. I know they got my email because I got one response and that was already weeks ago. It has been over two months. Since then I learned the yarn I bought had been discontinued over a year ago but no one had the courtesy to refund the money and let me know that the order could not be filled. They kept the money. I think that is called fraud. The Better Business Bureau has eight complaints against them. Sad.
