Years ago, started going here after hearing raves about stylist Michelle M. (Mckay?) Was used to city prices, and she gave me the best color/cut/style ever (including those I've had at the best salons of NY, LA and Chicago). A few years ago it became annoying to make an appointment because the receptionist Patty would always change them around without letting client or employee know. Still endured the confusion/wait, etc. because Michelle is the BEST!
Pros: WITHOUT MICHELLE M. JUST ANOTHER AVERAGE OVERPRICED SALON
Cons: SCHEDULING PROBLEMS, DIRTY WAX, ABSENT OWNER
