Review content:
I have been a long time customer of Antonucci Salon & Spa. I too visited the salon on the day that lice was discovered. However, I have a very different opinion of how the situation was handled. I was most appreciative of receiving a courtesy call from the salon advising lice was discovered. I think the service they provided was over and above what was necessary. They certainly did not have to contact me but made the extra effort to advise me that this had occurred. Just because lice was discovered by another client does NOT mean you would automatically get lice. All of the combs, brushes, etc. are kept in antiseptic after each use. The chance of it being transferred to the next client is very slim.
