Review content:
Well today Kroger permanently lost a faithful customer. I love Krogers food prices, but their back talking incompetent pharmacy staff finally have made me vow never to return. On six separate occasions they have overcharged me or made me fight with them for at least half an hour to get the correct copay on my medicine. I have blue cross blue shield, but they for some reason, just cant figure it out. The last straw came when I went in tonight to pickup my medicine and they told me it would be 369 for it when my copay should be $20 on it. They refused to do anything and said I would have to call my insurance. THEY EVEN ADMITTED THAT IT RAN THROUGH ON PREVIOUS TIMES AT $20. Well to you Kroger pharmacy, I say bye (not goodbye). I am now going to tell everyone I know never to use you to prevent themselves the unnecessary drama.
