I bought a product from this place and it didn't work. I brought it back and the polish girl tells me they don't take chargers back. I said it doesn't work. She plugs into a wall outlet and it works she says. Well I look at my phone and my batter went down since she had it in her hand. Now she says it's cuz of apps running. I am like are you kidding me? I said a wall unit is not a car. She says she doesn't want any problems. I am like, what the hell are you talking about? I want a phone charger that works. And a store that sells them should take them back if they don't work. They also give you a very faint receipt that you can barely read. I mean just cuz you're foreign doesn' t mean you can screw people over. You come to my country and city and think yoiu can just say oh we don't take them back. Than why do you give people a receipt. I am going to contact the authorities about what is going on at this place. Maybe they are used to screwing people over but I am not taking it. I am going to report them for not returning items that don't work. This place should be shut down. It is the worst customer service ever. Every time I am in there it takes them for ever if there is more then one customer. They can only handle one thing at a time. I guess they don't know how to multi task. Also don't buy phones from them. They are a huge rip off. The prepaid phones are like 4 to 5 hundred dollars. I found phones that are much cheaper on amazon that work with simple mobile and tmobile. I just got a 200 dollar android phone at walmart that blows their phones away and is not overpriced. Don't fall for them telling you that is how much the phones are with prepaid service like they told me. I did my research and found a much cheaper way fo getting a phone. They do nothing but lie and steal at this store.
