I very rarely if ever write reviews on the web but my experience this past weekend with this store was beyond bad. The way my family was treated from the second we arrived to minute we left was unacceptable. I could write about 5 pages detailing the poor service but what irritated me the most was the unwillingness for any employee to acknowledge the poor service and say three simple words ""I AM SORRY"". Take it from me, if you need photos highly consider another business besides Picture People in the Brea mall. I can assure you they have lost my families business for good!!!!
