This firm is okay to rent from but what out. They evicted numerous tenants from the Harbor Lights Development by raising the rents beyond what HUD would pay. Those units remain empty. The purpose was to get rid of HUD tenants in favor of people who can pay more. I know of one person who will be homeless as the result of this eviction. Not for not paying the rent or causing problems for the neighbors but for the greed.
Pros: fix thing soon when you complain, friendly staff
Cons: will evict tenants for no reason if they want more rental income than tenant can pay
