I ordered my Easter menu several days ago. I printed out my confirmed order and took it to the store at the time designated-between 10 and 6 on Saturday. I arrived around 5 to pick up my order. They brought out my order which was incomplete. The green bean casserole was not included in my confirmed order. They offered NO explanation except that they 'ran out'. The person behind the counter offered no apologies and offered no replacements. Two young girls behind the counter were laughing! We ordered several days in advance and drove 40 minutes to get there only to be told one of our side dishes was not included. The manager came eventually came out and she had absolutely nothing to say, nor did she offer anything to replace the side dish. We were shocked. My feeling is that they obviously don't set aside orders made in advance and simply sell the side dishes to walk-ins. I guess we're lucky we got the one side dish we did order! I will NEVER return to this store. The service was disgraceful.
