i have lived in the park since august of 08 till december of 08 and the manger and her so called husband do very little work in the park there hired help do most of the work while they just take it easy. the help shows up on time while the manager does not open the office up until 10 or 11 am most mornings. while her husband the lead maintinance man does not come in till almost 9 am i had a problem with my elec and needed it on asap so i went to the office thinking someone would be there and the only one that was there was the hired help not the manager or her husband till almost 9 am it is just a sad place to live they did not even clean my trailer before i moved into it there was food in the fridge thank god the elec was on in the place plus the door was unlocked. i would not refer this place to anyone as a place to live or visit.
